    A: Online Appointment Manager works for any type of business that needs appointments scheduling or reservations. For instance it can be medical, dental, tax preparation, accounting, home repair, consulting, personal care, education and other professional practices. Online Appointment Manager is a great tool for appointment scheduling and customer relationship management, as well as for employee and resource scheduling.

  2. Q: How do I get started?

    A: All you need is a computer that has an Internet browser installed. It’s easy to set up your own Online Appointment Scheduler - after you register with us our step-by-step account setup wizard will interview you about your business, helping you to set up an online reservation book that precisely fits the needs of your business.

  3. Q: Do I have to have my own Web site?

    A: No. Online Appointment Manager has your information on its web site, so you don’t need a web site of your own to use it. In fact, you can use Online Appointment Manager for your internal scheduling needs if you like. In case you already have a web site, you can create a link to Online Appointment Manager and begin taking reservations.

  4. Q: Can Online Appointment Manager serve as a scheduler for appointments that are made in the office or over the phone?

    A: Yes, this feature is called “internal appointment reservations” and it is included in all our professional membership packages. If you or your receptionist take appointments over the phone or from an office, you can enter these appointments in your online schedule and keep your calendar up-to-date. If you have walk-in customers and you’re fully booked, use Online Appointment Manager to make a future appointment for them.

  5. Q: Why would I want to use Online Appointment Manager instead of a simple reservation book?

    A: Because that reservation book always sits in your office. With an online reservation system, you and your staff can see your customers’ reservations and appointments even when you’re away from the office. Our Palm Pilot synchronization feature lets you access your appointments virtually anywhere. Just as important, your customers will have 24/7 access to scheduling appointments.

  6. Q: Why would I want to use Online Appointment Manager instead of offline internal scheduling software?

    A: Because it is more efficient and more cost effective. Working with Online Appointment Manager allows you, your staff and your customers to schedule and view appointments 24/7 virtually anywhere. Moreover, you don’t have to install any software on any of your computers. And of course no costly software maintenance or upgrades are ever needed.

  7. Q: What synchronization/export/import features does Online Appointment Manager have?

    A: Online Appointment Manager supports synchronization with both Outlook and PDA: Schedule summary and each appointment information can be viewed and printed out in PDF format and exported into Excel or other spreadsheet-processing tool of your choice.

  8. Q: What business information should I provide to register with Online Appointment Manager?

    A: Our online enrollment is quick and easy and requires you to enter just the business name, business category, and your contact and billing information. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to complete the enrollment process and start using Online Appointment Manager.

  9. Q: Will AppointmentQuest disclose my personal and business information?

    A: Keeping your personal and business information private is vitally important to us. As with all information, AppointmentQuest will never rent or sell your personal and/or business information.   1. Q: If I lose my login information or my password, how do I retrieve this information?

    A: First, please try using our “Forget your password” link on the login page. Make sure to provide the same e-mail address you used to sign up for services. If this doesn’t work, please let us know at support@appointmentquest.com.

  Billing and Payments    
  1. Q: Which credit cards are accepted?

    A: AppointmentQuest accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Please use a credit card that does not expire for at least 3 months.

  2. Q: I want to cancel my service. What should I do?

    A: You do not need to contact anyone and spend your time with our customer service. Just go to your Account Setup Page and find the “Terminate Account” button at the bottom center of it. However, you should not have any active appointments in your Online Appointment Manager to successfully terminate your account.

  3. Q: I registered with Online Appointment Manager and got the 30-day trial deal. Are you going to charge my credit card for it?

    A: No. With the trial period we do not charge your credit card for the first 30 days of using our services. The first charge will appear when the trial is over and you have an active account with us.

  4. Q: How do I view my invoices?

    A: After you register for services and log into Online Appointment Manager, you can view and print a listing of all charges to your credit card.

  5. Q: If I terminate my account will I get a refund?

    A: Monthly service fees are not refundable.

    To keep our prices affordable for small businesses and individual entrepreneurs we do not provide customer support over phone except for billing and enrollment questions.
